Regain your wellbeing with counselling aimed at understanding your emotional and psychological self.
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or drug and alcohol use, it can feel like you're alone. These emotional difficulties often stem from deep-rooted stress, painful experiences, or overwhelming life transitions.
You may feel constantly anxious, weighed down by sadness, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or using substances to cope. Emotional pain can feel like physical pain that is hard to shake, like 'a weight on my chest'.
Whether it’s fear, shame, guilt, grief, anger, or numbness, your emotions are valid and worth understanding. I work with you to gently explore what's underneath, helping you make sense of your feelings and take practical steps toward healing and self-compassion.

Some things that occur in our lives we cannot change, but what we can change is how we react to what is going on around us.
This is often a process through which we learn about ourselves and why we react the way that we do. It is my hope that through assisting you to gain a greater awareness and understanding of yourself, you can become more compassionate towards yourself and more accepting of your emotional reactions.
We cannot change the past, but through this process, you may find the emotional pain that you feel about the past is eased

Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges. It can help you gain clarity, improve relationships, and build a more meaningful life.
Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck in pain that’s just as real as any physical injury. While we can’t always control what happens, we can learn to understand our emotional responses and relate to them with more self-compassion. That understanding is often the first step to lasting change.
My priority is building a therapeutic relationship. Every session is tailored to what you need on the day, whether that’s support with a difficult emotion, unpacking a past experience, or building new coping skills. We go at your pace. We work together to uncover patterns, make sense of your feelings, and develop practical strategies that make life easier.
